Such a great burger and a hidden gem in Wyong

Martin and his wife have been in the shop for 34 years such a lovely friendly couple, a real old world shop with even a lolly counter. The works burger,fish cocktail and potato scallop were very nice and very cheap. Well worth a visit

Best fish and chips! Don't let the exterior fool you - it's an old school shop but is the cleanest fish and chip shop I've ever entered. Asked for lightly battered fish and he delivered (and remembered the next time we came in). Support Local!

Probably the better choice of a fish and chip shop in the Wyong area. Very reasonably priced and a very friendly and helpful owner here.Only got some chips for my first visit, but oil was very clean, especially considering that I was there only 40 minutes before closing time. Large serving for a good price, and very comfortable older stupe shop local feeling inside.My only fault is that if you wanted a larger meal you cannot pay with eftpos as they're a cash only business. Having some spare change around to pay for the chips was easy but the nearest ATM is several minutes walk which is not unbearable, just a slight inconvenience.

They are very quick preparing your food, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got my Works Hamburger" and started eating it

Thought I'd give it a go, despite the shopfront look from the road.Lovely couple in there running it - bought a Works burger (beef, bacon, beetroom, egg, cheese, pineapple, lettuce, bbq sauce), chips and a can of coke for $18. great value. Burger was a good old fashioned aussie style burger. everything tasted good and fresh. Chips were good, came wrapped in paper like a chip shop should. I'll be back!
