We were long term customers of another well-known manufacturing jeweller in Perth, but had become disillusioned with the experience when visiting that store.We heard about Matusik jewellers from our daughter in law, who had a custom wedding band made by Khi.Khi was fabulous. There was no pressure - just lots of listening and asking questions. We were very impressed with his expertise and honesty. He patiently explained the pros and cons associated with the design of two rings that we wanted - pointing out potential issues with what we thought we wanted. We are so very pleased that we went with his recommendation.The rings were delivered a week earlier than promised, exceeded our expectations and matched our vision - thanks to Khi’s craftsmanship.We would highly recommend Matusik Jewellers.

Will be going back into the store and asking for my $75 evaluation I paid. Complete joke, unsure why my diamond was evaluated $11,500 MORE than what it actually is worth.

Went to about 5 different jewellers to try to find an engagement ring for my partner and felt like I was wasting everyone's time as well as my own until I came here. Kai spent a huge amount of time listening to all my preferences and demands before showing me a design that couldn't have been more perfect for us. Came in under budget and faster than I expected so couldn't really find anything I might complain about. Will definitely remember these people for future gifts and recommendations.

I have been using Matusik for many years and cannot fault their jeweller services and customer interaction. They're always on time with any of their workmanship, and is always of the highest standard.

After wearing my wedding ring for 8 months (a Peter W Beck ring bought from a regional NSW jeweller) I ended up having a reaction to the metal in the silver and no longer able to wear it. After consulting Matusik Jewllers, Kai who was very understanding came up with a fix, and I am now able to wear my wedding ring again, and it even fits and feels better than before.10 out of 10 would recommend.

The service and quality of work is exceptional. However, I gave a low rating because I lack confidence in their ability to evaluate the price of items for valuation purposes. Had a ring valued, which they valued at nearly $7,000. I felt this was excessively high so I decided to obtain a second valuation from another jeweler knowing it would cost me money. The second valuation came back at $2,200. Given the discrepancies, I thought what the heck I will get a 3rd valuation (costing me nearly $200 for the 3). The 3rd valuation came back at $2,400. Even as someone who is not in this field I feel the ring for insurance purposes is worth no more than $2,500. Perhaps their over valuations are reflective of the prices in-store which are also much higher. But service wise they do great work.

We went back to Matusik as we already had purchased a ring a few years earlier from them and were impressed with the workmanship... Khi at Matusik helped me combine a couple of my rings into one beautiful cluster ring and I am so happy with it cant stop looking at it !His guidance and suggestions were extremely helpful and the service and follow up while designing the ring was always friendly, efficient , and helpful , the craftmanship is outstanding an I feel really happy that I supported a long standing local business that made my ring on the premisesAmazing
