A beautiful toy shop in the heart of Werribee. Always receive such amazing customer service when I go in and help me find what I need. High quality toys that will last a lifetime. I've been here a few times now for my kids and birthday presents.

Great place for present shopping for baby shower gifts. Met the owner. So welcoming.

These people are impossible to deal with. They do not answer their emails or their phones. My mum was sent a faulty blanket 2+ months ago, she contacted this company the day it arrived and she saw that it was faulty. After numerous ignored emails they finally responded and said they’d let her know when it was back in stock. In saying this, she was never notified that it was back in stock and she found out herself by going on the website. She then proceeded to email them numerous times again to see when they would be sending a new one and how to return the faulty one back to them. Once again every email was ignored until my mum had enough and made it known she’d contact consumer affairs. They claimed to not have received any of my mothers emails (my mum has proof of every email she has sent to them) yet funny enough they very quickly saw this email regarding going to consumer affairs. Moral of the story, my mum is yet again waiting for a response from them 7 days later. SHOCKER. Unprofessional and disgusting excuse of a company.

Beautiful store with a variety of toys, cute kids clothes. Very friendly and welcoming. Will go again for sure.
