Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and seemingly happy to help just for the fun of it.Selection is a bit limited but still great for a shop of it's size. I don't tend to call ahead because they all have great ideas for alternatives and workarounds with what they have already in-stock, and that's way more helpful than just telling me to go to Bunnings cause they don't have what I'm looking for. 10/10 Shop here for the fun of it and to expand your knowledge for upcoming projects!

You can ring and order and they have a parking space to pick up great to support your local hardware store I always check with first before Bunnings very covid safe helpful and courteous have most of what I need including gardening supplies and they will load your car also good coffee across the road

I went to the shop for the first time on Friday afternoon. It seems well stocked and is conveniently located. However, I had a random customer service experience…When I went into the store a male member of staff abruptly asked what I wanted in a tone that implied I shouldn’t be in that section of the store in the first place. I started to tell him what I was wanted and he quickly interrupted and told me to be quiet and that he knew what I needed.I hadn’t finished explaining the spec of the product I was after and tried to explain further. He interrupted me again and told me to be quiet. He then barged past me and grabbed the product he said was best suited and took it to the check-out.His manner changed and was friendly at the counter, as if the interaction on the shop floor hadn’t occurred. A bizarre experience for a quick trip to the local hardware store!

Unbelievable ‘old fashioned customer service’I was after a specific fastener to secure my number plates and was not sure of the exact size or best type for my application. The customer service representative offered recommendations and came out to my car to ensure that I had the correct fasteners and my issue was resolved.

My local very handy very helpful hardware shop. Friendly service will direct you elsewhere if they don't stock a product. Great to nip down for regular needs, don't mind to pay slightly extra Just to Shop Local.

Best Hardware store ever! Frank and John are the best guys , always helpful and they do home delivery also. I get them to deliver potting mix , fertilizer , timber etc. I have opened an account there also for my business as well as use it for home stuff. Staff are really knowledgeable , Des , Sam and the other staffers. If they don't have it they can get it.

Do not go there now. This was my local go to. Been in the area 11 years. Always went there... Now: a Sexist working there and they do not support social distancing. A staff member actually called me rude for asking a guy to give me 1.5 metres when he arrived after me.. the staff member then literally brushed past me twice in spite. He then made a a sexist slur about the poor man i must be married too. I pay my own mortgage mate and do my own renos (hence being there) So much for caring about you and giving good service. Stay healthy buy on line

As soon as you walk in there’s someone to greet you and direct you to what you need !For a small hardware store they have lots of stock and options.Love this place , better than Bunnings.

Fantastic local hardware store with great service and way more stuff in it than you'd think. Have yet to ask for something they didn't have.

I went in this store todayI bought, a socket extension, bolts and a spray can. The way they assisted me was superbI'll be back if I need their service.I'm reading some of these previous reviews I honestly think some of those reviews with the 1 star is either a competitor or they are talking about another store.These guys were awesome!!!
