I have Rott 2 years old. Before no pet shop want to wash her until I try to bring her to DC pets the girl name Ivy she said no problem. N wash Kaia. I never saw the girls washed Kaia so professionally n they use very good products can keep Kaia 2-3 weeks still soft n good smell. Ivy n all staff very kindly n friendly. Thanks DC pets

I had my poodle groomed here last week, Jackson. I have never experienced such attention to detail. He was soooooo clean, his nails were trimmed perfectly straight and their care level was over and beyond. They took the time to explain to me a concern with his ear and what to do. 5 days later and he still smells beautiful.Thank you for your excellent service, you have gained a regular client.

Friendly staff. My dog hates grooming. Most grommets can't doctheir job. But the lady there was so good at her job. Another plus is the windows in the groomin room so your dog can actually watch you.

Worse job they ever could do. My dog face is bumpy and uneven because of their disgusting job.They charge extra and don’t do a proper job.When asked to fix it, not responsible at all.They even didn’t refund the money when asked for.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Can't recomemend DC pets enough, I've got a husky x that hates baths but she was so well behaved because of the care from the team here. She came back looking fantastic and they were able to offer so much! Other groomers and she comes back damp still but she came back dry and smelt beautiful. So pleased with the service they have on offer
