Absolutely amazing staff, Emily and Hayley are so loved by my dog he cries to get out of the car to go and see them! Their controlled and properly supervised socialisation and training was so necessary for our then 5 month old land shark and even now it's so great! Definitely recommend these guys!!

We are so happy with Emily’s puppy class - our puppy loves the socialisation & it’s really helpful to improve her training. We always get the chance to ask questions from the week too!

I would like to highly recommend. We were visiting Lakes Entrance and booked our dog Echo into doggy daycare. He absolutely loved his stay and he was extremely well looked after.We even made a special trip back to Bairnsdale the next day just so he could have another play. He is normally restrained around strangers but he threw himself at the ladies and gave them huge kisses.Will definitely come back again next holiday just so Echo can have another play date. Thank you very much ladies.

My first experience was going into the business and no one came to reception so I left.Second time I called and no one answered, left message no call backThird time I went in and waited and waited finally someone came and they were abrupt like I was inconveniencing them, unhappy staff could be a reflection on owner, treat your staff well and you get results, just wanted to ask a general question, they answered that one, finally.On 4th occasion I wanted to find out about companion training, they couldn’t answer my questions and so I left my number for owner to call me back, never called, “we will get back to you in 48 hours” - nope it’s now been about 504 hoursUnfortunately no one else does this in town. So we have no choice but to go through this business. I hope we get better service when our teenagers puppy is enrolled. And that the staff have the patience and professionalism and can provide adequate assistance to cater to someone with disabilities who will be learning to understand and be able to control and give commands to her new companion dog, if my recent dealings with this business is anything to go by Im hoping for a better experience in near future. Maybe it was just a few bad days and everyone has them so fingers crossed it all goes well.

Great trainers. Relaxed environment, understanding & helpful advice

There was no one in reception when I arrived and I had not received a reply to a message I had left over 2 days before. However, I understand that the staff at Playful Paws is busy caring for their animal clients and their needs have priority.Once staff were made aware of my presence we (my puppy and I) were warmly greeted, details taken and every effort was made to ensure my puppy was enrolled in the first available suitable class.I look forward to beginning training with my puppy on Monday.

Megs is highly knowledgeable, very easy to deal with and her new facility is state-of-the art. Her staff are clearly hand-picked and share her vision. You'll get that so rare individualised treatment here. Very highly recommended.
