Eureka Furniture Fyshwick

Thank you to Dougie for the friendly service and help loading when collecting my coffee tables today!

We picked up a table a chairs from the Fyshwick store which was really easy. Dougie helped us out to load it in to the car which was great as the Table is pretty hefty. Big thanks for that, it made the pick up real simple.

Thanks to Doug and Trushen at the back dock for assisting us. They were pleasant, friendly and gave great advice when we were loading our furniture.

Came in to look around for random furniture, couldn't believe the quality of the products they have in store. Ended buying alot of cushions but I'm coming back for more. Really impressed by Richie's professionalism and knowledge. I will definitely be buying all the furniture for my new house from eureka Street furniture. Thankyou for your great and kind service.

Money is taken at time of sate, contract is given to sign. (Watch out) NO RETURN POLICY if you want to cancel the order, what other furniture shop do you need to sign a contract when you pay for your goods in full?Salesperson overpromises upon arrival of goods from interstate saying coming from Brisbane. Says can't guarantees BUT expected date is end of the month. Every time you call that items on order will most definitely arrive by the end of next month then blame Covid / China without having any control if they do or not.Please google and look at reviews, this is not a new problem.My item was ordered in early March for end of March, then it became end of April now no expected date at all, not sure when it will come. Ask for the return of the money but NO, the contract says that its only an expected date SO NO MONEY IS RETURNABLE. I was asked to check the contract.Highly unprofessional service.I like the furniture but I would NOT recommend anyone to buy unless its in stock. If you are willing to wait for a long time for the goods you are able to find some really nice furniture. Its really a shame about the service.
