Andy visited our house to inspect the job which involved relocation of a front water tap and supply line away from the front of the house, across the yard to the front fence. A quote was provided the same day via email. The job took place about a week later and was performed to a high standard with all objectives being met. By coincidence, our sewage drain blocked a couple of days later, and Andy and an apprentice (his son Jed) were good enough to postpone their Saturday afternoon plans and came to our house, unblocked the drain and ran an inspection camera to confirm the pipe was clear. We highly recommend Andy and his team for any plumbing work.

The boys from Richmond Plumbing were so easy to deal with and professional. They had to work around my times and they did and nothing was to hard for Andy and the boys. Would i use them again, totally yes and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber.

I used Richmond plumbing for some roof plumbing work that most other firms would not touch due to the steep pitch of the roof and the easily damaged Decramastic cladding. Andy's quote was very reasonable and when I separately called before the work was done to request a fix to my leaking toilet, Jed did that too for just the cost of a new part with no extra labour charge or call out fee. Jed and Zuban were enthusiastic workers who turned up on time and cleaned up well when they were finished.

This business deserves every possible accolade for their dedication to cost effective and unrelentingly great customer service. For years we have had a persistent leaking problem that we had almost given up on. Andy however would not give up and worked with his most excellent team to get it sorted out. Andy and the team at Richmond Plumbing and Roofing were very easy to deal with from our first contact through to the end of the job. They arrived on the date and at the time they advised us and completed the work neatlyand efficiently.

Andy and Jedd were absolutely fantastic. My chimney's flashings were falling off and water entering the roof. When they pulled the old flashings off, the brickwork on the chimney just crumbled, turning a relatively simple 4 hour job into a much more extensive repair, requiring 3 separate visits and lots of mortar. Unfazed, they completed the work brilliantly with no change to the original quote. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly.
