please never go here. Terrible diagnosis when I brought my laptop in, he told us that it was the charger so he made us pay for his one, surprise surprise it wasn't the thing at fault, It was the battery which was quite obvious now that I think about it, he also ended up getting my old laptop charger FOR FREE mind you and still made us pay for a brand new one. this unfortunately isn't the only instance as we brought in my phone prior to this because the screen was broken, and made us grossly over pay for a new one JUST FOR HIM TO REINSTALL THE SCREEN WITH A BROKEN FINGERPRINT READER very annoying, I've had him also take advantage of family members making them overpay for inexpensive work, please be weary if you ever come here.

Seems way to busy to be able to cope with the demands of the business. However, the lack of follow up and inconsistant stories make it very difficult to want to trust them with anything again. The lack of good customer service and customer relations is a big concern and treating customers like fools only hurts their business in the long run. Such a shame as I am sure that they have the expertise on the technical side. Not recommended.

Shane is a top bloke and absolutely knows what he's on about; patient, extremely knowledgeable about mobile repairs and will answer any question you have about it with fair pricing to boot. Would definitely recommend him for your next repair job!

I was having issues with my Wacom tablet (on/off button had snapped off into the machine) and I didn’t want to damage the machine by fiddling with it any further. I went to three computer repair shops before going to Shane, all of who told me that the would have to send my tablet to the US to get it repaired. As my tablet was over a year old it would have cost me a fortune, as well as taken months to be resolved. I called up gadget doctor after a quick google - Shane was lovely ! He was honest in that he hadn’t worked with this particular tablet before, and that to fix the problem might take a little time to research. He kept me updated the whole way, from possible solutions to ordering me new parts - and in under three weeks I have my tablet back better than it was before ! Good prices - saved me so much time and money. Now my tablet is fitted with a magnetic switch that won’t break again ! 10/10 would recommend , Shane listened to my concerns and took great care in learning about my tablet and figuring out ways to improve it. I will be back if any of my other gadgets break down in the future !

Absolutely appalling service. Left my sons Apple Watch for a 3-4 day fix, no contact for 3 weeks, only to be told all his watches had been fixed and handed back. Finally found my sons watch, was told another 3/4 day wait, 7 days later still no response only for me to ring up and be abused at how busy he was and that it would be ready when it’s ready and he hung up on me. I was very patient, not at all rude, just enquiring how much longer it would be. My husband went in and got watch, the owner kept my deposit and watch is in pieces , now with a new fault that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Would definitely not recommend and will not be going back.
