Matt, at Electric Bikes, explained in clear English what the difference was between the two bikes I was looking at. No sales pressure. And he let the test ride do the talking. I was most interested in the Lekker range and he knew all about them. Also, when I emailed him about a couple of things he actually addressed the questions as asked and answered them in depth. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this is one I’m happy to. I haven’t even got the bike yet but I’m confident it will be just what I want.

I love my bike, so comfy to ride and can easily tackle hills with a full load. Matt was excellent, no pressure tactics but happy to chat about all the things and answer all my questions. He fitted a baby bike seat I bought elsewhere no problem and delivered the bike to my house. Highly recommend the store.

After being ignored or patronised at other stores, it was a pleasure to visit Electric Bikes Joondalup where James and staff were happy to spend the time to find what i wanted and explain the various options. After a little trial ride, my bike was customised and fitted for me and delivered next day, ready to ride. Great experience. I'm now zooming up the hills I previously dreaded or avoided completely!

I visited Electric Bike Joondalup for the first time today and I had a great experience. Matt was extremely helpful in guiding me through the selection of bikes and accessories, and his product knowledge was excellent. The store has a large range of bikes to choose from, which made finding the perfect one for me easy. It's also in a great location with plenty of parking out front, which is always handy. They also offer delivery service if you need it, which is really convenient. Overall, I was very impressed with their customer service and after-sales service - they certainly know how to look after their customers!

After attending other stores throughout the Perth region and having done some online education on electric bikes I arrived at this store and met James.I asked many questions in particular to judge his honesty in answering my questions.James really impressed me on a number of counts. His knowledge is second to none but more importantly and what I was really looking for was honesty. James was 100% honest with me and answered my questions with ease and in keeping with what I'd educated myself on unlike some other stores who made up responses and lied about performance.I instantly knew once I made my decision I would purchase here because of James obviously a good deal was important also and James did that as well.James set up the bike for me and it performed beautifully compared to the test ride I'd had previously.I wouldn't hesitate purchasing here if you want honesty and gold standard service.

In January 2022, after shopping around for an E-Bike, we found Electric Bikes Joondalup. Matt was really helpful, patient and not pushy at all. It was Matt's helpfulness and patience, that was one of the deciding factors on buying my Milano Plus from him. I trusted him that he just trying to get a sale and that he wanted me to get the right bike for me. I then went back to the store in April 2023, as I wanted a few adjustments to my seat. No problem to James, he gave me options and some great tips. His knowledge and patience is rare these days and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. Between the two of them, Matt and James, they are definitely a quality team, and not just sales people. They enjoy what they do, and they would like to make sure every customer has a great experience both instore and then on their bikes.Electric Bikes Joondalup is definitely a quality store that sells quality products and I highly recommend them.

It is my first E Bike purchase. The manager James is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a bike to call in and have a chat to him.

After being rudely turned away from the two previous bike stores simply because I had an fat tyre e-bike, the third store kindly directed me towards Electric Bikes Joondalup.Here, I met James. After our interactions, his great work and great customer service, I simply knew this was 'my bike guy'. Period.I feel myself fortunate. Went to see what is what regarding electric bikes. Matt's knowledge and assistance was superb. Within 2 weeks I have my new Amsterdam GT... Brilliant riding and can't wait to put lots of kms on it. Would recommend Matt and his shop first up to anyone interested in an ebike. Great experience!!
