The service from this company is outstanding. Our long planned trip was almost doomed but Paul helped us out when we were in desperate need of help without question. Parts were posted straight away and before payment which helped us get on the road again. It's great to see service in Australia is still alive and well, you just have to stumble on it.

Very unprofessional. Was meant to change 4 lights(tail and front marker) plus also repair fault in 12v system in our caravan and fix the electric igniter for the cooktop/oven, but only did the 4 lights, refused to even attempt the 12v or igniter and when I questioned the time/price he threatened me and tried to put a lock on the tow all so I had to call the police.Will NEVER use this person again nor will I recommend.Extremely disappointed

Ok so i am amending my review. Initially I thought things weren't done in my service, that should've been done. I have since had a chat to Paul the owner, and he set the record straight. He took ownership that he should've talked more about what actually goes on during the service. For AOR vans there is an extensive checklist that guides the service technicians through all the checks. He has guaranteed me that all those checks were done. He has also promised to send me some 2nd hand bearings as backups for my spares kit, which is great. Since the service the van has performed fine, but being a new van we didn't expect any dramas anyway.
