Booked in to have a quote to replace our gutters. Saw their vehicle pull into our driveway and leave immediately without getting out or trying to call us. I followed up asking what happened and they responded saying they weren’t specialists in our gutter style and couldn’t help. We are completely understanding of that, but would’ve appreciated the effort to simply knock on the door and explain that instead of driving off with no contact. Really unprofessional.
