Received a bouquet as a birthday gift from a friend. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed as they looked almost dead. I contacted Poco Posy via email and received a phone call, they were quick to apologize and sent another bouquet out. They were beautiful! I have bought and received from Poco Posy before and would highly recommend them to everyone. Keep up the good work.

Was meant to be a surprise for my husband's birthday but had to call him to tell him they wont be delivered until after 5pm. He waited until 5.15pm and then left. Flowers weren't delivered until 5.20pm when website says deliveries to businesses will be delivered by 5pm. No way of contacting anyone after 2pm. Disappointed as I have never paid to have flowers delivered and won't be doing it again. He is not at work tomorrow so a lot of wasted money. EDIT thank you Jess for contacting me and organising a replacement bunch of flowers! They looked amazing and hubby loves the jam. Flowers were amazing and I appreciated your flexibility! Definitely recommend Poco Posy!!!

Fast free same day delivery! I asked them to change the address last minute because of a miscommunication between me and the recipient and they didn’t see my message on time. As an amends for the oversight, they sent a second bouquet to the second address the next day! Their customer service is top notch and they really go above and beyond to make the recipient feel special. Sincerely appreciate them! <3

These guys are great. Ordered a hamper for a friends birthday, and really appreciated the text updates, gps tracking, and photo upon delivery. Was nice to be able to see the final delivery. Will use again and recommend. The delivery price included is great!

It’s always a challenge buying flowers for people when you’re abroad. The usual overly commercialised florist flowers are never of quality.I wanted to get my mum some flowers for Mother’s Day. The arrangements were very lovely, extremely speedy considering the day with tracking of delivery and the price point for what you get is reasonable. Very impressed and will be ordering again for any flowers I get delivered in Brisbane.The attached photo is a medium bunch for $75. Personally next order I’d go a larger bunch but as you can see fairly reasonable in price for what you get.

I paid $80 to have my friend receive a bad bunch of flowers sent by Poco Posy. Attached are photos of what my friend received compared to what is published online. None can deny the stark difference between the two! Truly disappointed with my order and feel totally humiliated.Edit: The company replied saying that they sent out the wrong bunch!
