You guys really need to update your online hours and the hours on your doors, got there at 6pm today after a 25 minute drive because online says open, got to the door to see you were closed.This seems to be a continual problem with this store. Not a “one off” that’s for sure.

I love a cold rock on a nice day! Such good ice cream! But the thing that really stood out to me was the staff and their service. There was one guy there, I think he was the manager, he was so lovely, friendly, talkative and had really good customer service skills!

Usual cold rock but if you get served by the middle aged guy be prepared to only get half a cup of ice cream. Been served by him twice and got dismal servings twice, other staff seem fine.

Turned up to this establishment at 10:00pm on a Saturday night. Online hours says open till 10:30pm. Sign on the door just says open till late.As my partner, my mate and his partner and 4 other random young ice cream enthusiasts approached the door, one of the staff members flipped the OPEN sign to CLOSED right in front of 8 customers ready to purchase and enjoy some of their ice creams. No communication, not even eye contact as they continued to clean up in front of the dissatisfied potential customers.Very disappointing.

Cold Rock is great, there's a huge variety of flavours which you can get mixed with each other. You can also get your ice cream mixed in with all sorts of chocolates and lollies of your choice. The smallest size is around 5 bucks and pretty filling, but goes up multiple sizes too. Staff seem friendly and even if they weren't the ice cream would still be worth it.
