William arrived to our home when he said he would and his quote was very competitive and the quality of the work was very good. I found William explained everything to me that was involved. Their work was quick, neat and we are very happy with the result. We would definately use these guys again!

William and his team were great. They did a quality job sanding back the old floor boards and putting a satin coat on. The photos don’t do the job justice. The floors make the rooms feel brand new again.

I could not be happier with William's work on my floor. The flooring is bamboo with a dark stain, so every scratch showed white. No other floor professionals were willing to take on this job without costs being beyond affordable. William's rate was fair and his work was impeccable. William achieved what every other tradesman said wasn't worth the effort. I highly recommend to anyone! Our deck also came up beautiful, we forgot what a gorgeous colour it used to be. THANKS WILLIAM FLOOR SANDING!

Really professional tradesman who cares about his customers and puts a lot of effort into his jobs. Reasonable prices too and uses top quality materials. Definitely recommended if you're after a decent floor sander.
