I recently tried purchasing AD200 and AD400 from them thinking they are the probably best dealer for Godox Products. The experience was not very positive. I can see arrogance, rudeness and not the mention the prices are way high compare to other Local Stores. When you mention them someone is selling at Cheaper price (as they have Price match Policy) they simply say the other Store doesn't have the product in store when actually they have. Gladly I didn't purchased from here as I got same Product way way way cheaper at Digidirect.

Ordered some Godox hotshots replacements online, received within 3 days and they even called to check that I wanted the Canon type not Sony type. Very impressed with them going above and beyond with this!

Always great service from Michael - prompt and polite.Items always delivered very quickly, usually the next day. I had a minor issue with a damaged flash tube and Michael resolved it immediately and without any fuss.

They say they are the Godox repair centre.They are not interested in looking at my 12 month old Godox flash which cost me $800.00 because they just want to sell a new one.Absolutely hopeless and of no help whatsoever.No Star rating.

Worse customer service.They don’t even apologise for their inconvenient service.Haven’t received any tracking information and they told me my bank payment showed pending once I called and they haven’t even shipped it. And for that they haven’t even contacted or even a message as I thought it will be delivered in 5-7days.
