Thanks for the quick and professional job Nathan. Although the door/motor was very old, he did try to fix it as first, but was able to diagnose the issue and show it to me on video on his phone. Recommended a replacement and had the job completed within an hour.

It was a simple broken remote for my rental property gate however the service received was great. Met up with them the next day, received a replacement and a run-down on how to program. Really friendly, quick, efficient, more than reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend.

Sadly, we received very poor after sales service. They are great at sales - very poor when we had a problem. A little over two year old motor went into error and would not operate - all we wanted was for someone to come & see what was wrong. Initially helpful, but then wouldn't answer phone, return calls or text messages. Couldn't recommend this business.

Thanks for your help. I had two experts" out to quote for the repair of the door. It kept reversing and did not want to close. Both said it can not be fixed and need a new motor

Serviced my rollerdoor, and about 3 weeks later refuses to answer any of the 6 calls or honour the warranty. Was forced to go with another company. ++ Additional info ++ I contacted you guys at least 6 times over a period of 3 weeks all via mobile text and voice mail. Never once was any of the calls returned in any format. -- I managed to get the parts brand new at the same price as your suggested refurbished price. If you had returned my calls, we could have discussed a solution. However it was clear you avoided me after the initial servicing.

He does appear to have plenty of time to respond to these reviews however. Hmmmm. A generic text response might be a good idea here, if you don't have the capacity to take on new jobs.Seems particularly rude that you don't have time for people that can't read. Might I suggest that you review what you have written because I, in actual fact, can read and your website says 'Send a text to...for a quick quote and booking'. Then you go on to say that you'll personally reply. I followed your instructions, however it does not seem like you can.I had a fantastic experience with another business so thanks for prompting me to write a stellar review for them.Perhaps, instead of spending so much time insulting your potential customers, you could take the feedback onboard and set up an automated reply stating that you don't actually care for new business so we don't have to waste our time (which is also precious) waiting for you to entertain our custom.

No replies to several enquiries over 3 or 4 weeks via the requested channels. The motor he installed less than 4 years ago, gave up the ghost so was just looking for him to schedule in a time to diagnose and repair. I wasn't in a rush. I just wanted to support him as he was a nice bloke who was professional and efficient when he came out last time but getting zero reply after 3 weeks forced me to go elsewhere and use another family run business. Sadly, I think Nathan may be out of business? Again, he couldn't confirm as there was no reply.
