RUDE. I was asking whether the price is negotiable. The below is the reply I got from a guy called Syed Shiraz Mazher Baqir of Kings Auto Kenwick thorough Facebook Marketplace messenger chat.You are joking right? If you have that much budget don’t look for a car that is out of your budget. You can do price search on Gumtree and find a car in your range. Don’t make excuses of being student and getting a bargain. You are just wasting your time".VERY RUDE. This writing shows poor attitude that they hold on customers.-------------------------The answer to the owner's reply:It is all about poor communication style of your sales person. No point writing half a page reply if you cannot understand that your salesman communicated poorly. Please give your advice to the salesman how to communicate with customers. Do you know customer is the "Customer is the King" NOT "Kings Auto"?"

It's a pity they don't take the time to do a proper web site so people can view their stock and prices on line. I for instance am from Mandurah and I'm certainly not going all the way up there just for a look. In my opinion the condition of their web site describes their business. Half Hearted.

Non friendly staff at all. I pulled out parts myself and they asked to pay for a broken part however, which is totally unfair. Just looking for money without Aftermarket sales. Never come to this wrecker again.

Just bought a 2010 Toyota Camry today. The car wasn't perfect, it had accidental history, body paint scratches, one key, no log book etc but it had very low kms (70k) and ran as smooth as any other Camry. I have always been a Toyota lover, especially Camries are just as reliable as they come, so decided to take my chances and buy it for a decent value compared to other Camries in the market without any of those minor issues. Hopefully, the car won't give me any nasty surprises down the track, but as for the salesman (Syed), I would say he seemed very genuine to me and he wasn't pushy at all. I believe he is the owner of the place anyway, so that may be the reason why he was so calm, since he wasn't pushing for his commission per sale, lol. But yeah, I have had good experience here and I would definitely recommend them. P.S. almost all their cars are accidental repairs, so if you are a very fussy buyer then just spend extra couple of grand or so and buy elsewhere. If you are after good value for money then I think these guys have many such cars in stock.

They do their business with high level of honesty and take all the right and wrongs of their sale. It is a family business, highly attuned to the needs of its customers.
