Nice gym but too small and crowded. Have to wait a while to use gym equipment. Wish there was so more private spacing.. you can see everybody working out with current layout.

Love love this gym! I’ve been a member since the first day it opened and it has gotten better and better since then. The equipment is good quality and there is lots of it. The atmosphere is great. They really put the effort in to make the gym inviting. Good class options too. Lots of ready to go meals, protein shakes and other quality products available. They have a sauna, crèche, and smoothie bar. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Best gym in the area for sure!

Yesterday I witnessed a fellow member dislocate their shoulder whilst training. Without hesitation, Santino at reception assisted the member and remained with him until the ambulance arrived. He was very polite and professional during the entire situation, and deserves absolute top recognition for what he did, especially when a recent review says otherwise. His service has always been great and that goes for all of the staff.

Great gym, been a member for 2 years.No gym like Live Well Health Clubs! The atmosphere and vibes are top tier and the equipment is great. Staff is always friendly and helpful!!

Reception staff at this gym have taken a massive dive. Went to purchase a shake this morning, told we don’t have all the ingredients sorry when they clearly did as I could see Almond milk and whey protein behind her. Pressed her that they do she simply continued to refuse and once caught out she said sorry the bar is closed? Lady in the crèche was dumbfounded on what was happening as she stepped out to query.Thank god I’ve cancelled my membership here, join Anytime or Virgin May pay a little more but at least the service is 1000x better.

Good gym, Good Equipment been going for over 2 years to this gym, best in the Hills Shire.The Addition of the stairs will be great as it will provide more space and equipment to be put in on the lower level.The response time for equipment to be fixed is better than Majority of gyms.The water fountain could be maintained a bit better but they are getting on top of it which is good to see
