Simply put - the best place for overall health! I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now and finally after having a recent bulging disc flare up I can honestly say Jules (massage therapist) & Kylie (acupuncturist) are the A TEAM! They are both are so knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling better than when I arrived. I literally wasn’t able to walk properly when I arrived and within 2 days I had proper mobility in my hips and lower back. I can’t thank this team enough! You can’t put a price on health but every cent spent here is worth it.

Thank you to my new naturopath Colleen. I had never spoken to a naturopath before and Colleen really took the time to explain why I may be suffering from some of these symptoms. The supplements were very reasonably priced and I look forward to feeling better soon. I will recommend Colleen to anyone looking for a knowledgeable naturopath.

The therapist on my first visit, Kelly, worked to address my existing pathology and physiology including my current physical pain and limitations. Her treatment gave me the ultimate therapeutic massage to address prior injury and current symptoms. I felt safe and supported. Thank-you. I’ve rebooked.

I had really bad swelling after birth, so I booked with Jules for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Jules was so informative and knowledgeable, she made me understand better what may be happening internally and I left feeling a lot better. Overnight the swelling went down drastically to the point I could walk fairly well. I will definitely be back. I could not fault the service.

Ciaran Caldwell is a fantastic physiotherapist. He is very competent, highly professional, exceptionally effective at his work and he is also a really nice guy. I highly recommed visiting him if you need some physio or chiropractic work.

I visited a few weeks ago to have a lymphatic drainage massage. I am pregnant and was very well looked after and cared for by Jules. It was a really good experience with good communication and Jules took the time to help me and ensure I left feeling much better than I entered. Will book again soon.
