I never seen dirty place like this ,tables and floor are not cleaned very dirty. Customer service is also not really gud . Girl on counter itching in her hairs and body as well , she didn’t wash hand before serving food and cold drinks to customers.never ever visit this place again

Not a fantastic experience at all. The staff could not have been any less interested. Whilst we waited for the meal, watched as the staff talked and joked to each other, instead of filling the order. We then had to park out the front and wait for 12 minutes, for some part of the order to be made, until another of staff ambled out with the bag and his phone, nonchalantly passed it through the window and then used his phone as he walked back inside. We checked the order and found that the dipping sauces were missing, so went back through the drive through, explained the situation and was told to reverse out of the drive through and wait out the front again. No one came out, so ended up having to go back inside and picked up the sauces from counter. The inside of the store looked very dirty and unappealing. Zero care and attention from anyone who worked there, where all the staff gave off the vibe that they would rather be anywhere else. Only go to this store if it is the closest one to your house.

Filthiest HJ I've ever been in. Dirty tables, dirty food covered floor, glass everywhere was filthy and overheard a bloke come out of the toilet that he thought he had just caught Aids from it. Whooper I had was atrocious. Manager should be ashamed. Clearly this place doesn't get mystery shopped.

Food was ok. Staff were friendly. The flies arpund the registers were almost unbearable!! A little dirty around seating areas too.

A nice quiet oasis in a very busy part of Brizzy. The food was good as usual, service prompt, and they have toilets with hand washing facilities. It was a pleasant lunch bresk in a hectic day.

The restaurant was old and dirty. Lucky I had disinfectant wipes with me to wipe the table over before we ate. I felt I needed a change of clothes after I left. The burgers seemed to be thrown together with the filling pushed to one side. What crispy onion bits???? Very disappointed.

Best Hungry Jack's Burger I've ever had. Worth the little wait. Staff were friendly and professional and apologised for the wait. Burger was fresh and juicy, not stingy on the sauce at all and stacked properly not thrown together like some Burger joints. Fries were fresh and crunchy. Will return.

I am leaving this review to remind myself to never visit this place again.Service was lousy, one staff member had earphones on listening to music from his phone others were chatting and not doing much, alas I waited 3-5mins to be served.All the tables and benches were dirty, and had not been wiped down recently today or at all. I was there at 12noon.The bathrooms were disgusting, and have not seen a mop or cloth in a very long time, I felt physically ill from the smell of the urinal.I normally eat at Hungry Jack's because I know the standard, although this location is sub par, very sub par.
