Came here about a few months ago for a quote because my air con wasn’t working. The guy working said the compressor was completely gone and I would need to pay $1500 to order a new one and for the labour. I said I would think about it because it’s a lot of money. He said that if I keep driving my car it will make it worse and will be an even bigger problem down the line. I had no choice to keep driving my car because I didn’t have that much money. It was a long few months through summer as I have MS and don’t tolerate heat well. Spoke to a family friend the other day about it and he said he would have a look at it. All it took was a $29 part off eBay and $300 to have it re gassed. Now I have perfect air con and it was checked over by the mechanic who said the compressor was in perfect condition. Absolutely shameful you condone this type of scamming with the people you hire.

After the turbo on my diesel engine collapsed, James and the team were a huge help getting a replacement engine. They kept me up to date and made sure to communicate clearly everything that needed to be done. Thank you to the team for getting me back on the road safely!

I used to highly recommend mycar however with last experience I think customer service is very weak. Took my jeep for checkup and roadworthy test. They had to order tyre so had to get back with the car 2 days later. Before the checkup my hb specifically mentioned oil change light as we would like to sell the car. Was assured they would look into it. When I came to pick up the car no word or light still being an issue. Also was promised roadworthy cert when new tyre would be installed- already ordered. After turning on the car - by my hb- the light is still on.When we took back the car and mentioned the light “ lovely” gent told my hb that for sure he was informed that the light cannot be fixed by them and car has to be taken to jeep. Well I picked up keys - not my hb - so for sure no one had this conversation with him.Also we would never get back to mycar to get the tyre ! And a bit dodgy that they have no idea what happening with the car and selling road worthy cert.like everyone nowadays- they are just after your money ! Thanks but no thanks

Great customer service from the team at MyCar Cannon Hill. Ross was great to deal with, very professional and helpful with our tyre choice and recommendations. Will be back for regular car servicing moving forward.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to James! I found a screw in my tyre so after a quick call to these guys, I came in so he could check it out and make sure it wasn’t leaking. Turned out to be a small leak which he then luckily could fix on the spot!Total legend and I am very appreciative of their great, fast and efficient service. Thank you again for being so helpful and accommodating!
