The Austin Management team were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient with everything during my 2 year tenancy.A special mention to the efforts made during both the Brisbane Floods of 2021 and the Grey Street/South Brisbane Station construction.Both Gayle and Bryce were very forthcoming to all updates and special offerings the Brisbane City Council made during these times which one would say was working outside of the scope of service to ensure everyone was well informed.Was very sad to have left, but definitely very glad of my stay and experience.Would Highly recommend with a great team to support your stay.

Best rooftop of any apartment building in Brisbane! It feels like a 5-star resort with the daybed cabanas, infinity pool and view of the Brisbane city skyline. Also, the building's management are the best I've ever experienced. They truly go above and beyond to be helpful and make everything as easy as possible. I was super impressed with how helpful Bryce was even when it came time for me to move out of the building. Thanks, Austin Apartments!

I have lived at Austin Apartments for 14 months and it has been a great experience. There is a very positive atmosphere among the residents and this is promoted by the wonderful managers, Gayle and Bryce, whose professional and personal approach is outstanding.

Great living experience! Well looked after apartments with proximity to public transport, cultural events, theatre, good food and music. The managers Gayle and Bryce were very easy to deal with and were prompt with their replies/actions which made living here even more enjoyable. Sad to have left.

I have been staying at Austin Apartment for a year. The apartment building and its location are excellent. It's a very well-designed building with beautiful apartments and great views. I have a view of the river, the city and South Bank. It could hardly be better. You get a lot of value for your money. It takes me about ten minutes to walk to the CBD and about five minutes to the heart of South Bank's cultural centre. South Brisbane train station is only a three-minute walk away, and there are lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Best of all, I'm right at the start of Fish Lane.If possible, make sure you organise your apartment with Austin Management. Bryce and Gayle are absolutely wonderful. They helped me in many respects. They resolved all issues in a very timely manner and made my stay here very pleasant.

I lived here for almost 2 years, and the experience was fantastic. Fantastic location and great facilities. The building management of Gayle and Bryce are easily the best I've ever experienced, always attending to requests on time, and just friendly and helpful people.

Austin Apartments will always be home!Bryce and Gayle are absolute legends - so responsive,, efficient and genuinely caring.Incredibly sad to be leaving (had to shift down to Melbourne), when I come back to Brisbane there is only one place I’ll live.Thanks guys for everything, and sorry I wasn’t always the best tenant! I have to say, we loved it at Austin Apartments, we resided here for 1 year. It was very enjoyable. The staff were amazing and very attentive. Never was there an issue that could not be resolved. We had no issues that were pressing , only that we lived here during the upgrades to Fish Lane. Gayle and Bryce were always accessible even on days off or after hours. The only reason for leaving this great place was we moved into the suburbs due to a change in circumstance. The position of this accommodation is amazing being right at South Bank central to everything walking, bus or train station. If you're looking for affordable and a great apartment to live this is where you should apply. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Lived here for for several years. Arguably one of the best locations in Brisbane. Closeby to shops, restaurants, cultural centre and southbank. Amazing views and rooftop pool overlooking the river. Onsite management is excellent and have always been friendly and helpful - I can only imagine the negative reviews were Karens.

We stayed in the Austin apartments for most of 2022. The views and the location are terrific, with the rooftop pool being the icing on the cake. The management team do a wonderful job of running the building. They quickly addressed the minor problems we encountered, and worked incredibly hard to minimize the disruption during the February floods. I’ve recommended these apartments to friends looking to live in the Southbank / West End area.
