Have to buy in bulk to get a discount. Some of us only need 1 item, not 2 or 3 of the same thing.

I regularly shop early on a Sunday morning for my family for the week. I have a family of five so it is usually a large shop. I like this time as it is quiet with not many people in store and I can get a car park close.Recently only self service check out has been available. I’ve had to load my trolley load myself onto the conveyor belt then scan and pack my items. This wouldn’t normally bother me if I was just grabbing a few things but a whole trolley load it’s a real pain. Staff just watch on with no assistance.With prices going up on all items I expect the same service as I used to get. I have to say I am truly disappointed and probably won’t be back. What happened to customer service Coles. Seems to be non existent

During my visit on 19.05.2023 , an item scanned at a higher price than the advertised shelf price, and when I politely referred to Coles' scanning policy, the retail assistant, Ms. Jaydle (not sure if I have spelt her name correctly), not only dismissed my concerns but also provided false information. Her behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional.What was even more distressing was her blatant disregard for customers. She threw the incorrectly priced item into the basket shelf, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Moreover, she directed her misconduct towards my wife, leaving her feeling humiliated.As a regular customer and an employee of a nearby firm, I have always valued the convenience and quality of products provided by Coles. However, this experience has shaken my confidence in the store's commitment to customer service.I hope that Coles takes this review seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Customers should not have to endure such disrespectful treatment, especially when we are well aware of the scanning policy outlined by the company.I sincerely hope that Coles will investigate this incident, provide appropriate training to their staff members, and reinforce the importance of respectful behavior towards customers. It is crucial that the store upholds their scanning policy and ensures that such incidents do not happen again.Overall, I am deeply disappointed by the customer service I received at Coles Supermarket. The freezer sections are lacking a lot for months now. More staff on registers would be better than being forced to self check out.

Good venue to shop plenty of space. Have to pay for parking most days bit of a turn off

A truely no cares given shopping experience. Staff not to be seen serve yourself if u wish to rotting veg.
