As an authorised repairer for insurance with so much experiance, I expected so much more. It took them a week to quote the car, once approved it took them three weeks to get the car in. After collecting the car more than 10 days later, there was a decent chip and crack in the windscreen, that chip and crack was not there prior and they refuse to repair damage they have made to my car.

Extremely professional, quality workmanship and efficient processes. Over the last 12 years we’ve had 4 or 5 repairs done through insurance. Everything is structured right from the appointment to get a quote till the delivery. By appoinent only - very thorough with the inspection and quote. Seamless from drop off-hire car-update on delivery-pick up. There’s a life time warranty on their work and comes with detailed billing and letter to support. Look no further.

They were professional and accommodating during a very testing and difficult time as a result of a car accident. Sue was quick to find answers for me when I called and asked for help in relation to my car and the team member who took us out the back to see my car after it was declared a total loss was supportive and understanding. I am grateful for their kindness during the claim process.

The best body smash repair company i have dealt with. Between our insurance company and them they works like a well tuned engine. Had all the details of my claim before i arrived. Tow truck collected car. Straight forward with repair times. Rang and kept us up to date with progress of vehicle. Very very professional. And schmick job to boot. They can be entrusted to do a good job and on time.

Fantastic service from Jackie, Dave and the team. Repaired the rear end of my pride and joy to perfection. Having been in the trade myself for over 25 years.
