Very polite & friendly assistant. Only down side being a 10 week turnaround for framing my tapestry. Convenient location - easy to find. Cannot comment on the work as I have not collected the job yet.

I Highly recommend going to see James for any framing needs. My first time having commissioned a charcoal/pencil drawing and needing to frame it I went to House of Frames and he made the process so easy. He listened to the story behind the picture, the look I was aiming for and helped create the perfect setting for it and at an incredible price. Thankyou so much
