Products works well however the install in an annoying process. Its a pity the company doesnt install the whole thing, you need to get an electrician out to run cables and conduit and after the elements are laid by warmtech then get an electrician out again to install the thermostat. If a company is offering an installation service they should be able to do the whole thing because paying upwards of $175 for a man to tape an element to the floor in 15 mins is excessive.

The thermostats in both bathrooms broke down and when I contact Warmtech in Lilydale they refused to replace the items or meet us half way with cost of replacing them. In discussions with them they admitted that the thermostats that they sold to us were of poor quality as they were being manufactured overseas . We are now left with two underfloor heating that doesn't work and we're forced to find alternative thermostats. Will never deal with that company again.

I like the product but install it yourself. Installer missed a section of flooring first attempt, then after second attempt he done such a terrible job with self leveller. We had rebuilt subfloor which took a week and in 2 hours the installer had ruined it and didn't care. Just expects tiler to teal with it. Not impressed by the very low quality professionalism and quality of work

Dont make a mistake buying warmtec heating. Worst customer service ever. I was putting the product in my new home and paid the builder to put the system. After 7 months chasing to find what they charged and what type of thermostat they providing, they did not care. They will charge you arms length at the start and when you will find out that they putting cheap product, and you want to upgrade to a better quality product, you will get another very nasty surprise. Avoid at all cost the company and its products. Now they charging me for thermostat at approximately $350 more without providing any credit for the product they already charged. The same top quality thermostat could be bought at Harvey Norman for just over $200 when they charging me approximately $350. Worst customer service and a rip off company. LET THE BUYER BE AWARE.Buy COLDBUSTER.....better product, great customer service and you will not be ripped off.
