Very disappointed in Dominos Customer Service, we are regular Customers we ordered a Vegetarian Spicy Supreme which order had to be repeated several times, when my husband was paying He got charged ●$30 he questioned it as a lot more than the normal $19 he was told he ordered vegan then husband disputed it, he didn't open the box but ended up paying regular price, great, went to open it at home & it had meatballs on it, I rang & they said plant base, told them we wanted reg pizza we always get, asked to speak to manager, to ask if the could pick this one up & del the deliver the pizza we wanted, they said no because I didn't pay the normal price for the Vegan, told Him how disappointed I was as they have now lost a regular customer & that I know that wouldn't affect their business & shame that they we wouldn't be supporting local business anymore because of their poor Customer Service & He hung up on me, side note I know it wasn't the a manager I spoke to , even though I was told I was, because the young lad I spoke to Iinitially put me on hold for 5mins to go & check..again poor Customer Service

They got 3 out of my 5 pizzas wrong, then when I contacted manager he said yes they were out and substituted. This is not right! No refund was offered or replacement any other time. I paid $60 instore and was told to go on app and complain. I have been on website that nite.....still have not heard back

I used to order same pizza from Ingle farm store but today i ordered a pizza from Elizabeth south store. I didn’t expected This taste less pizza. I didn’t feel like extra topping was done. Also they didn’t spread spicy mayo sauce on the pizza

If I could give zero stars, I would!Disgusted at how long it took for 3 pizzas to be made, AND delivered! Over an hour to make them and deliver them, and vague answers the first time we called to see what was happening. By the second call, we were told the driver left 3 minutes ago, yet it took 10mins somehow to drive less than 5mins away!! Were told they had only 2 people working. Hire more staff!! If you know you get busy, employ more people!! Disgusted!!

Last Friday waited over 2 hours. Then this Friday it looks like someone has has used the pizzas as frisbee and cold I threw half of it away. I guess that's what I get for complaining last week about waiting over 2 hours. Never again goodbye back to Roman's for me

Wow this place has taken dive in the last 7 months or so! Use to be decent, not anymore! Hygiene, severe lack of toppings & a lazy approach.. and clean your delivery vehicles parked out the front they're the 1st things we look at upon entering the shop! Gave this place 5 stars 2yrs ago.. not now! How about honouring the junk mail & ads we see on TV by actually making a pizza that resembles the pretty pictures. Lies! However Mawson Lakes is quite good. No wonder the Northern suburbs has a bad reputation!

Ok pizza, new management and can’t accept credit card which is a bit annoying, however as I didn’t have all the cash they accepted my order which was great… the pizza was ok but the prawns were limited on the prawn pizza - overall ok thanks ..

The place is unhygienic, just look at the front of house. The point of sale area is disgusting. Just imagine what it is like behind the counter. Is there a manager in this establishment? If yes they need to be trained or fired…WTF
