Superb value for money. If you're looking for a convenient stay in Newcastle this place is hard to beat. Clean rooms, all the expected amenities, A/C, strong wifi and friendly staff. Walking distance to Charlestown Square and driving distance to everywhere else in Newcastle.

Excellent service! Justin the owner was ready to take us in when all the rooms were booked and we had no where to go. Absolutely amazing human being, truly heart warming.Thank you so so much me and my mother really appreciate what you’ve done for us today in trying to keep us sane and safe.

We stayed for my birthday and the service was amazing! the lady at the reception who i believe owns the motel set up my room with a bottle of wine and a card. The rooms were clean and lovely, had everything you need/want. When we come back to New Castle, we will definitely be staying here again. 10/10!

Good service and newly refurbished. One of our rooms had milk while the other didn't. One of the rooms floor still had painting debris. There are no blinds on one of the windows, so the sunlight hits you right in the face early in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially as I needed to change my travel plans around hospital appointments. Rooms were clean and comfy and the location was perfect for accessing restaurants, shops and the hospital.

Highly recommend!!!Super welcoming.The staff were lovely.The coffee is moccona!!!! Yes 10/10Lovely room .Bathroom is beautifulClose to local shopping centre.Bed was super comfortable.Best place we have stayed so far.Great price for a wonderful place to stay.

I chose this motel for its proximity to Newcastle Private Hospital where my mum was starting chemotherapy treatment for cancer. I really appreciated the warm welcome and farewell from the owner. The room was extremely clean, well appointed and quiet. It was the perfect base. Thank you for your care and kindness.

Super clean all freshly renovated! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated and welcoming! The motel is still being renovated and only recently back open so there were a few minor things that needed repairing but it definitely did not effect our stay! 100% will be back next time we stop over in Newcastle! ✨
