These guys are always fabulous.As a single women with dirty water problems I had no idea what the issue was and not sure who to ring. The guys at Phillips Plumbing had alway been so helpful. After a few questions and a visit to the house with a flick of a switch problem solved.You are always highly recommended.Don't bother calling anyone else for any plumbing needs.Many thanks

Very nice man, came within 30 minutes, the time he said he would come, excellent service. As it was New Years Day we had rung most of the plumbers in Newcastle and Maitland but they either said we were out of the area or just refused to come, even when we said it was a water meter that had been damaged and water was gushing every where. Good on you John I will recommend you to family and friends if they need a plumber.

John Phillip's Plumbing, was called out to fix a leaking roof in a rental property, the leak was in the same spot every time they fixed it 3 times over a course 8 months and charge us every time unfortunately the real-estate paid them before I can question the repairs on the 3rd time and when confronted about the repairs twice over phone reception said someone will call back and no one has very unprofessional. This business take advantage of charging people for repairs that cant be inspected and or questioned. very dishonest. don't fall into this trap get another plumber !!!

Had a leaking hot water relief valve, they came same day to fix, well done, recommended to all. 2nd time we use this company (shower pipes), they are prompt, well diagnose, clean and quick thorough repair. Well done, great service, recommend to all.

I had an emergency at 1:30am after a reckless driver mounted my kerb and took out my water meter. I rang 15 different “24 hr” local plumbers and these guy were the only ones to call me back (promptly I should add as well)These guys are the ones to call if you have an after hours emergency hands down!

I had water rushing out of a tap on a Sunday evening and they were on site to fix the issue within 30 minutes. The tap couldn't be fixed properly so it was repaired enough so we didn't have to shut off the water. They were back the next evening to fix everything. On top of this I was expecting a high bill especially being Sunday rates but the total cost was less than $300. Very impressed and would recommend.

We have used John Phillips repeatedly over 10 years. We have had them install new products, unblock drains, fix hot water systems and even remove an old solar water system from the roof. The staff are all professional and friendly. Rates are reasonable and the job is always done quickly and properly. We recommend them to friends and family.

Had a blowout on the hot water tank, the plumber was around within half hour of the call fast and reasonably priced for a Sunday arvo aswell
