Spoke to a lady who was very rude about an enquiry definitely will not go back here or ring again

Ask for a quote for a airconding unit to be removed replaced with a new one just to installed. They hummed and hard about the quote warnings signs went off for me as it means they will make it a high quote as my family has been in business successfully. You know how much it will roughly cost. so high the quote it was 3 times the cost of the install I got from another quote which I got to install the air conditioner for 3 times less than they quoted. A bit difference in priceand when I rang reception about the price she hung up on me unprofessional and overpriced. If you want a fair quote and professional service dont ring these guys.

Worst experience ever, can't follow simple instructions. 4 to 5 attempts to finish the install, caught out on lying. Wish I went elsewhere, highly don't recommend.

AC working intermittently. Technician came a week later spent 2 hours did not fix it. Asked for a report, quote for a new one and a bill never heard from them again, what can I say ?

Thrilled with the service at R& L Refrigeration. Contacted on Thursday had site inspection Friday and installation on Tuesday. Very pleased with competitive price and couldn't be happier with how soon they could complete the job as other firm said would be waiting 8 weeks for them to do the same job. Very professional from start to finish. Thank you happy to look forward to a cool summer
