I am a long time customer of Woolworth Orana mall , Dubbo.But I am finding it difficult to find things like soft drinks as there is nothing there.Then there is the meat, seafood department, most of the time there is no one there. THIS NOT ON.

This is the slowest direct to boot service I have ever used - this is compared to lockdown times in a city of 300,000; and the two other Woolworths in town who don't have the direct to boot 5m away from the parking bays. Utilising the notification system like the other stores do, and I imagine was the expectation when created, would expedite the service.

Every time I go to get a double dare ice coffee the fridge is always empty and it doesn't matter what time off the day it is whoever is responsible for filling the fridges needs to do their job properly as this has been happening for the last 4 months

Need to open more check outs on the week end often 6 people with loaded trolleys waiting and only 2 checkouts open . Really makes you feel like they don’t want your business

Modern store, good size dili and bakery selection. Giving 2 stars as Wait times far to long at checkout when lines are 6 people long probably best you put staff on all the empty checkouts when you can see so many people lined up.

I first saw the boot pick up which was great so I knew woollies was here but then we come to realise u have to walk all the way through the mall to find woollies. I didn't see any signs but just kept walking till we found woollies. We got wat we wanted and left
