T2 Tea

LOVE! We get tea from this store all the time, and tea ware. This store stocks a really great range of products with new options introduced frequently. We adore the Melbourne breakfast & New York breakfast tea, but also love the English breakfast & other options - there are regular tastings of new teas & the packaging is so pretty!

Nothing to do with the staff - who were lovely, welcoming & attentive when we visited. But their new 'revamp' following a recent move is awful - we lasted two minutes before leaving. It appears there is only a 'capsule' selection of their usually wide range of teas, everything is extremely poorly laid out within the store, the counters are right in the way of the store ingress/egress, & all the shelves are squeezed into cramped little spaces fitting no more than one or two people at a time (claustrophobic!). I feel sorry for the staff - unless they're standing behind one of two counters, they can't help but seem to be in someone's way.Just think - somebody got paid to design this. I'm sure it was a hell of a lot more than the staff get paid to put up with it.

Staff are always so helpful!

Went to buy a teapot, member of staff was great until we got to the till. Another customer barged infront of me. Then said oh sorry am i barging in" to which the staff member who was serving me said no and continued to serve the other customer! Only helpful until your about to pay it seems."

they charge $1 for bag, usually I shop online, I think is so cheap .you make $100 or more shopping ,then on the counter they ask for $1 bag to cheap.if you say no you have to cary all tea boxes on your hand.this not about $1, it is about being cheap tea2.

Been here couple of times , but today was a different experience. It’s all because of the staff member katherine , she was really sweet in explaining the offers and helping me out with what to choose.It’s all about her beautiful hospitality which made my day and I hope every customer experiences the same.Thank you so much for helping me select the right one today !!

If you like tea or are even slightly intrigued by the different types of teas available. This is definitely the place for you.Store layout is excellent, eye catching and easy to find what one is after. If you know what you are after of course and/or good for browsing.Overall the staff are friendly, know the product well and very helpful.Unfortunately though I had a young lady today try to convince me that there was no added sugar to a new range item yet it clearly stated it in the ingredients (not just the fruit).

Exceptional customer service. Staff are always so supportive and generous. Today I knocked over an entire display and instead of my expected outcome of being asked to leave and pay for the hundreds of dollars worth of teapots and teacups, the staff working were nothing short of supportive. In my state of confusion, shock and dismay I couldn’t help but fall to the ground and cry. I was inconsolable. I was offered a tea and was not asked to pay for the damage or leave the shop.This is not the only good experience at T2. Every time I have shopped there the staff have never hesitated to offer samples, advice or help. Thank you T2 for your wonderful staff and customer service.

Quality service. Great range. There is usually tea on sample or, if you ask, they can make a tea you want to try. $$ but a nice treat or recommended for regular tea drinkers.
