Having had very little experience in triathlon, Mike's professionalism and guidance allowed me to quickly grasp and improve all disciplines including transitions. Having an ability to carry out mock transitions was a big help during training sessions.The knowledge and experience within the squad is also something which you can feed off and is invaluable aid which you dont usually get. You can only improve in this atmosphere.

Mike and Deb’s programming, knowledge of the sport and attention to detail are second to none. Within six months of joining pursuit I had taken 30mins off my half Ironman PB and 1hour 35mins of my Ironman time from the year before. An amazing mix of levels and skills in the squad and everyone is so welcoming and encouraging with a healthy level of competition to ensure you push yourself that little bit harder. The coaches complement each other perfectly and you won’t get lost in a sea of athletes like you might in a large squad.

I can’t rate the squad and coaches Mike and Den highly enough. The improvement I saw in all disciplines of triathlon over only a 6 month period were testament to the quality of the coaching, the program Mike put together for me and the other athletes I trained alongside. Everyone pushes each other to bring out their best in a competitive but very friendly environment.
