Have nothing but praise for Romteck Grid. The price was very competitive and I was extremely pleased with the quality and efficiency of the installation/transfer. The technician really did a top notch job, way neater than the ADT installation we had. 5 stars all the way.

Would not touch them, arrogant and unhelpful. Costing me thousands in false alarms and not interested in fixing the problem. Fire technician says panel is ok . Romtech keeps blaming the panel. Stay away at all costs

I experienced quite poor communication and service. Expensive too, will try ADT Monitoring when contract ends as they are significantly less expensive. Ended up going with Chubb Fire Monitoring - they have provided me a great service experience and are a pleasure to deal with at a very competitive price.

Romteck Grid have consistently provided great service and ease of installation for their Fire Panel monitoring equipment. Their sales team ensure the ASE's are installed on the required day and within the nominated timeframe. The entire process from account creation to confirmation of connection notice is communicated and coordinated for the duration of the works.
