Very nice manicures! Nail tech was very precise with her application of the polish. Staff however seem to get very annoyed if you bump your nails while they're still fresh which, as understandable as it is, is still poor customer service.

I regret going there. Staff are talking to each other as if you don't exist. Giving instructions rudely and in another language. I was doing a pedicure and they don't bother getting a warm water, it was cold. The massage chair wasn't turned on.. it was just a horrible experience. Will never come back again.

Awful experience, really bad manicure. First and last time that I go there.

Came in today for a simple shellac manicure, picked a deep red colour quickly and the lady started to shape my nails. She then began to soak my nails in warm water, all was well. She began cutting back my cuticles and I noticed she was rushing through each nail and I was anxious she was going to cut too short and cause them to bleed but I held back saying anything because no nails had bled and I was satisfied she was doing a normal manicure. Then she began painting my nails and there was no issues until I felt some pain on one of my nails. Because the colour I chose was a deep red, I couldn’t see any blood so I let her continue. She was rushing so much so I was checking to see if she had painted the nails well and noticed a lot of the shellac was on the sides of my nails and my cuticles and she wasn’t wiping them down. I then began to ask her to please tidy the sides of my nails to which she said “don’t worry when you wash your hands the nail polish will come off easily.” But shellac once cured under the UV light doesn’t come off without acetone so I asked her to please fix this before I payed. Then my finger was really stinging and I finally saw the blood from a cuticle that was cut too short and told her it was bleeding. She brushed it off like it was nothing and didn’t even apologise….She just put some blue liquid on it to stop it from bleeding…I was so annoyed because she was rushing the job, cut me as well as painted my nails like a four year old…Just don’t bother with this place. There’s plenty of other good nail salons that treat their clients with empathy and respect. I’m a beautician myself so I know how you should respect your clients and when there is an issue you need to show empathy and respect and not brush it over like it’s nothing.

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Got my nails done and needless to say; I’m cleaning up the polish that’s around every toe in the comfort of my own home. Defeats the purpose of paying someone to do it

I read the reviews before trying Professionail but thought I would try it out anyway. I had a lovely pedicure and the staff were nice. Would go back

Was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had, a girl with no experience did my toes, cut them below the nail bed, way too short, made several bleed. Along with freezing cold water and didn’t change it when I asked for warmer. Then had to had them repainted by a staff member who had experience. This was on gel polishes nail. Do not recommend this place at all

Did an absolutely terrible job on my nails (which I paid $91 for!). Colour is thin and watery. Won’t be going back

Genuinely the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Failed to remove previous polish properly, didn’t even file some of my nails and left sharp edges. Some nails were shaped unevenly. Polish had dust in it. When I pointed this out and said it was a mess I basically got a shrug and ‘I can do some of them again’ by which point I’d already been there an hour. Would avoid.

great experience! got a full set of acrylics with a graphic design on them and the quality is fantastic, the design looks great.
