Not sure about process, but received an email same day as placed order asking if I am enjoying my item that hasn't been delivered yet, so kind of impossible isn't it? Can someone please explain why it costs $49 delivery within Melbourne for a light package when the item costs $59? That is excessive, considering Clark rubber, and Ikea have a flat rate of 9 or 15 dollars. Seems very steep but had to pay out of necessity.

Have purchased from these guys on several occasions, most recently an Aurora umbrella and a sun lounge. Both service and product quality first rate.

Furniture split and buckled within 3 months and when I spoke to sales person I was told 'what did I expect from a cheap $1000 table' he then told me he does not need to replace the furniture and I could take him to court.Furniture is of a extremely poor quality and company refuses to offer a return. Furniture was sold as a set but they will now not return the whole set only and offering $200 for the table for a set that cost $1300. It would be impossible to find a table that matches the chairsI was told all through lockdown that they would return the furniture, so they were able to hold me off for over 7months. Once lockdown was lifted they went back on their word.Be aware!!
