I recently had to have an MRI. I am extremely claustrophobic and was in quite a bit of pain. From the initial call to make the app the staff were very professional and empathetic to my needs. I was not rushed and every step explained to me by the technician.Thankyou

I went here for a cortisone injection. I was in a really bad way and it was an excruciating experience. The staff were so amazing and the care I got post procedure was exceptional.

Most amazing and caring staff members ! Went in the other day in excruciating pain to get an injection and they couldn’t do enough for me. They were so compassionate, sensitive and patient with my situation and helped me above and beyond. Thank you so much to the Charlestown staff.
