Absolutely brilliant service. From the moment the receptionist picked up the phone nothing I asked was too much trouble. She had an amazingly friendly, can-do attitude and made everything happen seamlessly. The guys who did the removal were also incredibly friendly, polite, and even offered to put back some chairs which they had to move to get to the objects that I wanted removed. Absolutely brilliant in every respeect. Couldn't recommend more highly.

As much as it pains me to write a negative review, my experience left a sour taste and felt compelled to share.Off the top, the guys on site were friendly & respectful, however, careless. As a result the dining table took a major hit beyond repair.No biggie, it’s replaceable.But what left the sour taste, despite their brand promise of being most friendliest, trusted & reliable, is that I’d be left out of pocket $250 to buy a replacement (their insurance excess) and left with a broken table in my garage to dispose.Long story short, they were friendly but not trusting, nor reliable.

Sitting having a drink after a fantastic experience with Complete. From the initial discussion with Neill to the actual removal today with Adam and James we could not be happier. These guys were the best! Very friendly, respectful and competent. Nothing was too much trouble. Mine was a fairly complex move as I had things at my unit that I wanted taken to a storage unit nearby and other things from the storage unit that I wanted taken to the new unit. Nothing was too much trouble! They even connected my washing machine so it was ready to use. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10

At first, I thought it was a bit pricey, but now after having experienced what they do, it was worth every cent! The 2 lads that did my move were professional and super-efficient. Even calling me a few times to ensure they got all the correct items (nice work Joel), and even with the obstacles of a horrid weather day, and some wet and slippery surfaces, they were fast and worked extremely well together as a team. Very VERY happy with the outcome and service. The communication from the Office (Belinda) was also top notch and consistent, with calls, emails and texts to keep you up to date with the process. 100% recommend. Thanks Complete removals!
