Concierge Car Wash

Very happy with the result of my car clean today, it came out sparkling. Highly recommend them.

Steve greeted me at the Car.He asked what I needed and made recommendations to protect the car surface. I accepted, then he made an awesome coffee and toast. He was so good I brought my second car back today. That car is older so he made recommendations, which while more expensive, protect it.He is such an asset to the business, I have no hesitation recommending Concierge Kedron.

Came back from a trip to the beach and asked for a clean outside and detail inside. Came out looking fabulous. Friendly service and nice little waiting area where you can grab a nice coffee☕️

Price paid included cleaning of rims / wheels however when I stopped at home I noticed the rims to be very dirty on the areas that were on top when the car was parked which mean that drying my car was not done properly either.Will not use this company again because the end result is no different than a $20 drive through car wash.

Concierge Kedron has no eye for detail and no care for customers. Attended 11.06.22, picked up after 40 minutes to find streaks on outside paint of vehicle, debree in car seat, cup holders filthy, marks and dust left upon dash, streaks on glass. Certainly not what I was expecting having paid $55 for the service, I had an appointment straight after this but noticed upon driving there, they'd also wet my vehicle keys and threw them upon the passenger leather seat leaving a water stain in my vehicle. Upon returning yesterday and having spoken to head office, no rectification was offered and the manager wanted to charge another $69 for me to upgrade my service, even after showing them the emails from head office that the service was to be rectified. The only reason I had booked in to have someone clean my vehicle is because I'm over 34 weeks pregnant and was having car seats fitted in the following week. There was certainly no customer care taken within the whole process, shop around before you take your vehicle here for a rush job, very dissapointing.

For $71 I expected a bit better job than what was actually pointed out to one of the staff that the chrome trim still had streaks on it, reluctantly, while I watched he addressed that issue. Upon getting vehicle home, I found several areas that were covered in steaks which I ended up cleaning myself. However I will give them credit in one area, they actually did a reasonable job on my alloy wheels which were quite dirty, it's a shame they didn't apply that much effort to the rest of the car.

Booked in for 10:00. But was told when I got there that I’d have to wait until the drive-in cars parked ahead of me had been done. When I asked the attendant why I would have to wait if I’d already reserved a time slot he said the boss had forbidden them from prioritising bookings over drive-ins. I asked why bother taking bookings then? He responded “so he can charge a booking fee.” (Which was only $2, but still. I had planned my day around the booking)Decent exterior wash, but the inside vacuum and dash clean especially were pretty pathetic.

Last visit I said I'd never go again and I did and upgraded to super wash & get this and this is embarrassing that this is fixed " after I told them nothing has been done inside properly. Don't waste your time or money. Pics are 10min after it was done and is even worst in real."

I had my car cleaned today at Kedron. An awesome result and I am very impressed. Having all the right gear makes it easy to clean a car. However, The Man that cleaned my car put in a great effort to present my car in an immaculate condition. He “Put in the extra mile” to present that “Above average finish”. His pride in his work clearly shows in the product he presents. I don’t know his name, but I am going to find out. I don’t give praise easily, but credit is deserved and should be given where it is due. THANK YOU. Well done. Alan ELLIOT.
