Matt did a great job on our balcony and we've had so many compliments on the end result.Matt was easy to communicate with and very accomodating.

Matt Pham shows a high level of service and commitment to quality, and makes the extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Built by MP did a full renovation on our existing weatherboard home and a 100 square meter extension including decking. His attention to detail really shows. We valued his proactive and solution focused approach, which is helpful when the usual challenges of building as well as the unexpected happens. His other strengths include patience and being cool under pressure. The trades he works with are for the most part thorough - a special mention for Dave the electrician. As a newly registered builder establishing his own business, Matt is improving and still learning a few things, but we expect he will continue to achieve great work and highly recommend him.
