I was rear ended by a drunk driver just outside of Albury, on my way to Sydney from Melbourne. Really bad neck injury. Two operations.Gibney & Gunson recommended, and did a great job with my claim! Took 12 months for neck injury to settle, and the compensation claim was all finished by 20 months -could not have been happier.All the medicals covered, got all my lost income, tidy lump sum and insurer paid most of the legals.Great team-work by John, Sue, Kim and Lexie.

I never thought I’d have to use a lawyer – maybe for house purchase only. I was overwhelmed by a dreadful event. Still getting over it. So grateful to everybody at G & G. My life changed in the blink of an eyelid. It wasn’t my fault. I needed legal representation. My doctor recommended Gunsons. I couldn’t have been happier, did a fantastic job - top result. Mum was in Albury on holidays with relatives when she suddenly became ill. Gave us quite a shock. Touch & go. And she didn’t have a will. She wanted to get her will prepared, plus a power of attorney, so we rang around the lawyers, the only firm willing to drop everything and come to the hospital was Gibney Gunson. Great work by John, Sue and the other staff, it was all done “same-day” and no extra charge for the hospital visit. Mum made a great recovery, though at risk of recurrence, and is so relieved to have all her estate planning documents in place.
