She did not try to help or comfort me, only stand over and be a controlling bullying. Threatening to put a warrant out for my arrest. She is ruining families and failing the system. Anonymous phone calls.No other means of contact.Want information from you with no respect for the individuals involved.Business hours are ridiculous.Phone wait times are insulting.They might operate as if they are from the dark ages but at least the people I have talked to over the phone are very pleasant.

Unfortunately this venue seems to promote family destruction not child protection. Know your rights and never let them take your kids without legal advice 1st. It sounds logical but they are legally allowed to lie and the pressure they put on you at the time they arrive unannounced can adjust your frame of thinking. Do not let them take your kids without contacting legal aid, at least.The government should be ashamed with thesepeople" being under their umbrella. They are a disgrace."

Abuse can be both physical and emotional.I need to explain this?Bias.It tends to be happy children make good independent adults.International courts are not Bias that's why they are there.

Don’t return phone calls when I have left multiple texts about the welfare for my child. They are too busy to even fix report. We’re late to write report. All over the shop they are not there to help the parents it’s pathetic. If I have a question or queery I wait atleast a week if not longer for a simple text back. Pathetic as a government work place.

I am to understand the entire organisation Is currently attempting to be automated and there is no one contactable at all through any service or number.. all automated services refer you to online and obviously if I could do this online I wouldn't be calling when prompted to do so because my application can't be processed due to something that requires me to speak to an operator... I appreciate you guys are underfunded and understaffed but to the point where the entire service is made redundant but it's operation still necessary is frankly disgusting. Who ever is the head huncho needs to be informed of this because they are currently not doing their job or presumably the role has been left vacant. You cannot be diverting funding for certificates elsewhere they are for the organisation they are meant to be representing.

Utterly incompetent. Do not reply to emails or text messages. I have left phone messages as it is virtually impossible to speak to anyone other than the receptionist, Sue, who was extremely helpful. One bright star in a sky of darkness.
