Very disappointed with Tammy McDermott's poor conduct from ABA Legal. I DO NOT recommend her whatsoever. For anyone considering to engage her services feel free to make contact with me and I will happily discuss further her poor conduct. Unacceptable. She could not give me an upfront honest answer to a very fair question of junior hourly rate and time involved for a very simple amendment that I delivered to her in a very polite manner. She dragged out a simple query for weeks and heavily over-quoted me for a 15-30min in time amendment to a document. All documented in emails, so no hiding from it. She then proceeded to hang up on me when I called her out. I was polite at all times, even when she was out of order. DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT Tammy - shame on you.
