Everything about my experience with compass was negative and stressful. They did not have a car ready for me which meant my repairs were delayed. They were not able to supply the type of car I required.Staff from head office continued to send phone calls (which I was not able to return because they don't answer the phone) and emails requiring me to chase up details of the person who hit me, even though this information was previously supplied.Then they deducted money from my card without informing me! They claim it was for petrol, even though I filled the car to as full as I could till the pump clicked off just prior to returning it.The whole process with compass was very stressful. I will never use them again or recommend them.
