Priceline Pharmacy

Recently moved here and have left scripts to be filled here now on 3 occasions.Each time I have waited Excessive amount of time considering. Never waited this long at any otherPharmacy for scripts. Today their computers were down, I went to store several times in the morningTo fill scripts which I fill every month. One repeat was not present as Used and not advised previously.Back to phone appointment with GP to get replacement script. Back to Pharmacy. Computers down.Left 4 scripts they offered to deliver as I am local, advised just now 3 of 4 had no repeats despite newScripts sent to phone this morning.Update: Firstly Thanks for your very quick response, I very much appreciate the fact that your computers were down as well as staff shortages due to the recent Covid spike,I just had a visit to my home from a lovely lady from Priceline Jesmond who hand delivered all my scripts filled. Along with the scripts the Lady apologised and was very very humble. She even presented me a giftFrom the store Manager and passed on their apologies as well.I have to be very fair and acknowledge how lovely and very unexpected that action was and I would like to publicly thank all at Priceline Jesmond for really going out of their way and very quickly rectify everything.Thank you again. That was “Great Personal Service” that I will never forget.My previous 1 star review has just been upgraded to a 5. Thanks again.

I have been to many Pharmacies over the past ten years due to severe workplace injury thus prescribed meds monthly. I have experienced very long delays here waiting for meds including dealing with some not so nice pharmacists here. It kept me away forced me to go elsewhere. Due to a family emergency I had the misfortune of once again using this Pharmacy, nothing has changed. If anything it is even worse, do yourself a favour by reading this review and going elsewhere. Horrible Pharmacy. Horrible Pharmacist. Horrible experience consistently. Stay away forget it exists go elsewhere,,,,,,l.

Another great experience while shopping at my local pharmacy today. Went in to get my script and was surprised to receive a complimentary large bottle of hand sanitiser. Thanks again, I’m sure it will come in handy!

Why pay to go to a circus when you can just go to Priceline Jesmond. Staff horrendous, wait time horrendous, losing medications, refusing to give medications, if they have your medication and tell you it's ready when it is not till hours later, charging horrendous high prices, ignoring doctor letters, and the list goes on.

Slow and inattentive. Was told 15mins wait time, come back at 20mins and the people after me began collecting their scripts. Turns out that my script wasn’t even put up for processing. My hot food went cold and there wasn’t so much as an apology offered to me.The second star is given for one of the ladies on the register who was friendly.

Went up to the counter and requested a packet of restavit there was and Indian looking lady who served me asked a few questions allgood gave me the dirtiest look and then turned around and whispered something to what looked her supervisor who also looked up and gave me a dirty look the people themselves probably were nice but you’ve really gotta stop acting like your something special and stop assuming everybody is brainless based off there appearance.

Has to be one of my worst experiences in any pharmacy, dropped script off and was told it would take approximately 20 minutes. Went and had coffee and breakfast and returned 45 minutes later . Script was not ready . Went about my shopping and returned later on . 1 of 3 items were ready . Substituted a certain brand and then received the generic 2 of the same . Then the hard basket !!!!! Doctor had prescribed 400mg medication, apparently it’s discontinued so I asked if they could substitute it for the 200mg instead. No , can’t do that . Was told to go upstairs to the doctors ( not the doctor that had prescribed the medication to me ) and ask to change the script . Walked out and rang a different pharmacy and enquired if they could assist and Wholla yes they most certainly could , easily done .Pity I wasted 2 hours of my day at this place. I certainly know where I will not be returning

Tonight at 5.15pm my tab timer hadn’t been picked up to be filled. I rang the chemist and could not get hold of anyone as there was an answering machine saying they were closed. You shouldn’t turn the phones over so early. My husband has taken the tab timer to you and tablets are important to me. I shouldn’t be stressed like this with my illnesses. Last week we checked that the pharmacy didn’t give me a letter to say that I had ran out of certain drug which should not be taken straight off. I had a hell of a time to get hold of a doctor to right the script.

One of the best experiences I’ve had a with a pharmacy.Alex the pharmacist showed expertise, respect and furthermore went the extra mile to make sure my medication was replaced once stock run out.I would highly recommend these guys

This chemist wouldn't expect a script emailed from an other chemist. Not having any option but to use an online script place they recommend $45 later got a script with repeats but wouldn't issue the other doses just the 3days supply. But also said they will issue the rest once they get the original script they should be sent out within the next 7days.Meanwhile my son misses out on medication for post operation.Chemist demanded I use the app to get the script that was already emailed to them, wasted $45 of a pensioner and then refused to give the of the script so in the end I still need to go all the way back to Gosford hospital to get a third script.Thanks for putting my sons health needs last even though you have two scripts now for the one treatment
