Canberra Computer Doctors

I decided to use Canberra Computer Doctors after calling around and appreciated that they took the time to listen to my problem. They were also priced slightly less than some of their competitors. The service call was prompt, efficient and my problem was resolved as promised. Will be using them again should the need arise.

Had an issue with a faulty power supply, rang up and had someone come out that same day- quickly diagnosed the problem, tested a new power supply and took my PC to replace it. Had it back within a few days working perfectly, very reasonable prices for the services, especially since they come to your home. Had the technician Mark who was lovely and very transparent throughout the whole process. Will absolutely use again :)

A prompt, friendly and efficient service. My sick laptop was fixed together with a couple of other issues on my desktop. Most cost-effective compared with the time it would have taken me to solve the problems myself and there is no guarantee you would have succeeded.

I rang up and got a very friendly answer with a quick and to-the-point questioning about my issues before booking an appointment within 24 hours of calling. My issue was a bit more serious than a quick session as it was hardware-failure related but I was given advice on where to go after they'd done what they could.Julian was super friendly and told me what he was doing as it happened, and explained it well to someone with a limited understanding of computers!Fast and friendly service :)

I would not recommend this to my worst enemy let alone one of my best friends. After a horrible weekend of my PC acting up and eventually blacking out, and stopping me from doing some very important work, I called this place. After confirming for the pc doctor to come to my house on Sunday morning. I was in an elated mood because I was under the impression that my computer would be fixed in time for my work week, but alas, I was wrong. I made sure to clear my schedule Sunday morning and sat in and waited for my doctor to come. After waiting until twelve o’clock I decided to call in. The doctors office was closed. They hadn't contacted me in any way. What was I supposed to do? Take a week off work? And here I am Monday night having just had a day off work and not a clue what to do. And my pc is still broken and a terrible experience left in my memory.

Very impressed with the service provided. Gary arrived spot on time and the appointment was only 2 hours after I first contacted CCD. He was friendly, efficient and very patient and also explained things as he rectified issues. I am very happy with the outcome and the value for money.

I needed some computer help and was recommended to Computer Doctors by two friends. I had a young man, Sash, come out and assist me.He was unbelievably patient and helpful with a demented old lady".We achieved the requested and hoped for outcomes

Had a hard drive failure and Canberra Computer Doctors replaced the hard drive without any loss of data and returned my laptop within 28 hours of collecting it. Laptop has never worked so well. Very highly recommended for speed of repair and professionalism.

After a recent windows update my computer continually restarted. It would shut down so quickly I couldn’t go through any of the normal recovery steps. Dell advised me to reload Windows but the one time boot menu couldn’t be triggered despite Dell and others trying various ways. After another big name repair company took a quick look and wanted to charge me over $800 to replace hardware and recover data because of a ‘virus’, Animesh identified that the boot menu wouldn’t trigger from the Bluetooth keyboard. After reverting to USB connection, he reinstalled windows, saving all my settings and fixed a number incidental issues with my computer and my wife’s computer as well. And all in an hour and a half!
