I have been seeing Mikaela for a while and she is by far the best Dietician I know. When I see her, she takes the time to understand your situation and comes up with a variety of options that work best for YOU. She gives great advice; encourages you to enjoy a wide variety of food, that meets your nutritional needs; and helps you to identify achievable steps to reach your goals. She is so supportive, non-judgemental and reassures me when I am doing well. I would highly recommend Mikaela to anyone.

After being diagnosed with diabetes. After starting Optifast last November for my morbid obesity problem I began seeing Mikaela from Solutions with Food, to get advice and assistance as this is a long term journey for me, and in order to have the best chance of success I knew I would need professional help from a dietician. Mikaela is a lovely person with a great personality and she really takes the time to listen and offer advice. Even if it's between appointments I can always email her to get her thoughts on whatever food product it is that I am unsure about. In the past 9 and a half months I've lost 68 kilograms.
