What a top bloke Robert is! He helped me with my faulty evaporative cooler control board on a Saturday, and gave me a ton of free advices on my other heating unit. Highly recommended!

I am no expert but consider myself to be quite handy. I suspected that the controller on my 10 year old evaporative cooler was faulty & Rob said that he would take a look at it if I took it to him the next day, which I did. He confirmed that the controller was faulty & exchanged it for a reconditioned one there & then. His knowledge, pricing & especially prompt customer service is fantastic. Within 48 hours my cooling was working again. You can trust Rob without any hesitation.

We were quoted on a new Ducted Gas Heater as the first company said the parts were not available anymore. I found Logisense on the web and they were very helpful in assisting to make sure it was the controller at fault. Their service is exceptional, the instruction, constant updates on progress and then the best part is they repaired the unit at a fraction of the cost. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Well done.

I had issues with my Breezair EXH190-G evaporative cooler and I contacted Logisense for help. Rob was fantastic at helping me isolate the problem. He is very knowledgeable & clearly an expert in this area. Sadly, for me my issue was not one he specifically deals with, otherwise I'd have gone with him in a heartbeat. But I'm now much better equipped to get this resolved. Many thanks Rob!

Excellent customer service & highly knowledgeable about ducted heating units.My 24 year old Brivis Buffalo 85 heating unit was blowing cold air & I was in the position of wondering whether to buy a brand new system or get a technician from Rinnai out at $315 plus parts.I incorrectly thought the problem was with the electronic controller & they were about $450 on eBay so I took it to his place in Frankston hoping to get a refurbished controller for under $200. He tested my controller & said it was ok & didn't need replacing, then gave me some good advice about what the issue could be. That helped me make my decision on how to proceed.Highly recommended!

It would be hard to overstate how excellent Logisense's service is. Robert fixed my heater (after local techies said it was unsalvagable) then talked me through reassembling it and then trouble shooting and solving other problems which arose. They are extremely responsive to email, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Amazing service. They've repaired my Evap failed controller on the same day and it was Sunday!They've replaced the failed components as well as swapped others that were likely to fail in the future - that's what I call to do the right thing". Right-to-repair to the moon!Also cost a fraction of the price to buy a new controller (that comes again with the same likely-to-fail components)"
