The foods are getting so much smaller now, we cannot fill out tummy need to add on extra burger to fill my stomach.This place needs a good clean up as toilet is not hygiene and smell urine like never been cleaned for a week.Wheres the store manager should be checking all these before they start the shift...

Absolutely disgusting, toilets ratchet as hell there was human defication all over the walls and profanity written everywhere and vomit on the floors. The staff at the front were down right rude, rolled their eyes at me and the gang when we were just standing there talking to each other, food took 30 minutes for 1 apple pie. A person had a rat in their hat and they were cooking. Ice cream machine broken as usual. Openly made fun of my son for his yumelka. Can’t wait to go back

Disgusting - this store should be shamed and shut down. I have never seen a restaurant as filthy and unhygienic as this. I don't normally eat McDonalds though on a 13hr trip it came with the territory.The principal of this McDonalds franchise should be ashamed

Stopped in here around 3am on a XPT train/bus replacement. The 3 team members working were killing it!! It was by far the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to but you know what? It was 3am with multiple busses and they were understaffed. Food and coffee was great!

Lots of staff, but more worried about talking to each other instead of cleaning the rubbish littered all around the store. Got a coffee and she kept trying to fill it up as much as possible, causing to leak over the side but she won't even clean it up and told me the napkins are at the main counter and went back to talking to her mates.

I had a recent breakfast stop over at McDonald's Yass Service Centre located on the Hume Highway, Yass NSW 2582.This McDonald's outlet is a busy place & provides good customer service under constant demand from people who are looking for a good McDonald's deal.One of the major points of interest that this McDonald's outlet has is that cleaning staff are always trying to maintain a good stand of cleanliness.There is plenty of adequate parking on-site, with disabled parking close to the front entrance. There is wheelchair friendly access to this McDonald's outlet.Overall, I was more than impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment & and the staff handle the constant needs of people frequenting this restaurant.

Stopped last Sunday for late breakfast. Rubbish bins inside and outside were overflowing, with trash and food on the floor, and dirty tables. Ceiling was leaking into buckets, and more water was on the floor. Bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in some time.It wasn't a holiday or an especially busy travel day, although there were a lot of people waiting for food. Managers are clearly not capable of running a busy franchise and scheduling cleaning. I see comments about the filth going back months/years.

Absolutely disgusting place to work at and visit. The managers treat the staff poorly and is a horrible work environment. It’s constantly filthy. They violate Health and safety on multiple aspects, whilst I was visiting one day I overheard an employee talk about peeing in a bottle whilst at work. Considering these are the people who handle and put together the food I eat I doubt I’ll be back soon.If I could give this 0 stars I would. The 45min trip to gold creek McDonald’s is well worth the drive even with these fuel prices

This was hands down the absolute most disgustingly dirty McDonalds I've ever been to.There was rubbish leading up to the front door in the garden and on the steps that had clearly been there for days. Every door and window was dirty and smudged, the floors were filthy and covered in grime and crumbs and rubbish.Tables were not clean and bins over flowing.The kids play area had rubbish shoved inside the padding around the pole, rubbish on the floor and grease, grime and hand prints covered the equipment. It looked like it had been there for weeks.The women's bathroom had two toilets blocked and over flowing. And no toilet paper. Again, rubbish and crumbs on the floor. Smudged mirrors. Hand sinks were disgusting. The second time going in, an elderly lady almost slipped and the floor was covered in water (must've leaked from the overflowing toilet- no caution sign). She went to the counter to complain.In the men's toilets there was toilet paper stuck to the floor, splatter over the sink area, a spillage on the floor (there was a caution sign here) and stunk of urine.All the moniters were full of fingerprints and grimy.We were generally disgusted with the lack of cleanliness and care. It was 9am on a Sunday morning and they were not busy at all.My daughter works at McDonalds and she was shocked with the state it was in.We didn't order any food as the out side area, dining rooms and bathrooms were so vile that it made us feel sick and assumed behind the counter would be terrible too.If there was the option to do 0 stars that's what Yass Maccas would get. Absolute filth.
